I admit I'm a complete sucker for Parisian cafes. These were all taken in the Summer of 2006 with the Nikon D50, my first proper DSLR. I felt like Henri Cartier-Bresson, albeit in color, as I strolled the boulevards with camera in hand. A DSLR is a bit more obvious than a Leica, but I didn't care. People sitting outside in the sun, taking their time over a drink or a cafe au lait, waiters scurrying about and trying to be friendly to the clientele and sometimes succeeding. There's no place like it.
